Since childhood Roz has loved all things theatrical, and at 16 set her sights on being a Talent Agent. In 2011 she graduated from the University of Derby with a degree in Theatre, Television and Film studies, where she took an active role in the Theatre and Video Production Societies. After finishing her course, she worked alongside Derbyshire based Video Production Company, Irrelevant Digital Media as their Casting Director and Marketing Manager.
In 2013, Roz moved to London where she started out as an Agent’s Assistant for KTalent Artist Management supporting 5 agents. She quickly progressed to Junior Agent alongside her assistant duties and began building her own client list, including managing K Voices, a subsidary of K Talent, representing Voice Over artistes. This role allowed her to gain key insight into the industry and to build her relationships with Casting Directors and Production Companies
In 2015, Roz took the leap to go it alone and ‘Rosalyn Bolton Management’ was born!
